DELIVERY POLICY
Standard mainland UK delivery charges per order value are:
£0 - £9.99: £5
£10 - £49.99: £4.50
Over £50: FREE

If you would like your items to be shipped overseas or outside mainland UK please contact sally@thelostsheepcaterham.com
RETURNS POLICY
We carefully pack every glass order to ensure it arrives safely; however, if your items arrive damaged, please provide clear photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If you are not happy with your purchase we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The following principles apply:
- Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange free of charge.
- All other items can be returned but postage charges must be covered by the customer.
- Unless faulty, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on, have no signs of wear or use, and be returned in original packaging
- Perishable goods, toiletries and earrings are not returnable
